Global Funding Partners was founded by Nicole Kayes (Raney), MBA-Broker.

 

After many years in the banking industry, she realized that the true  meaning of helping clients in the commercial lending arena is by being able to truly provide a vast array of lending programs based on the clients' objectives. There are many lending programs available to our clients and finding a convenient and competitive loan can be very overwhelming.

Nicole Kayes-Raney has over 10 years of professional experience in the Finance and Banking industry. Her expertise included personal banking, middle market lending underwriting and business/commercial banking from institutions such as US Bank and Bank of America.

She has completed a Bachelors' in Business/Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in Finance. In addition, she is a licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate.

Her next personal goal is to windsurf under the Golden Gate Bridge.
